Tour description

The trip starts at small fishing place called Ribnica, at the main beach Pisak. Group will gather on dock which is located by the beach at 9:00 am. Boat tour will take us through Karin sea canal to the Novigrad sea and after aproximatly 30 minutes we will be in the Zrmanja estuary, except the visual tracking of location, visitors can see that we are aproaching river by the colour of the water which is changing from blue to emeral green. After entering the river you will find yourself surrounded with 200 hundred meters high canyon. From the esstuary we have 4 km ride to place where legendary movie Winnetou was filmed, but before that we will pass old fortifications "Šibenik" and one which is  called "Pržunac" which means small prison because of the legend which you will hear from the captain, after that we will continue to last waterfalls on the river, Janković Buk, 12 more kilometers. On our way to waterfalls we will pass Obrovac, small medieval town. When we arrive to waterfalls we will have one hour break for swimming, jumping and site seeing. In return we will make one more swimming stop at esstuary by one small island in the heart of the river Zrmanja. If you are lucky enough you will see griffon valtures and dolphins.

WHAT TO BRING:

Bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, refreshing drinks and snack.

Optional: cap, camera, diving mask, fins etc.
